About Heavy Duty Tape Measures
Tape measures, heavy duty tape measures in particular are a superior quality. 5m/16ft tradesman tape measure built to stand up to the toughest demands of a busy building site. Yet another great value tape, the Heavy Duty is a high quality, rugged and durable 5 metre tape built to stand up to the knocks and scrapes that come with working on a building site. However much you try to look after your tools, it’s inevitable that your tape will take a tumble now and again. This particular tape measure has been specifically built with that in mind. The case is made from impact-resistant ABS plastic with a heavy duty rubber outer for strength and durability. The 5m/16ft (metric and imperial) blade is manufactured from steel that’s 10% thicker than most tape manufacturers use, which allows for excellent standout (up to 3m) and strength. The blade is 25mm wide making its super-clear black and red markings easy to read even in adverse conditions.

Collection & Delivery
COLLECTIONS: MON-FRI 7:30AM-5PM
With current COVID considerations afoot we endeavour to deliver to you to limit the foot-traffic on site. In circumstances where you wish to collect your order we manage this using a time-slot calendar whereby our team will contact you following completion of your order and advise of available time-slots within which you are able to collect your items from our site.
Should you have any concerns and wish to discuss prior to completing your order we advise calling ahead on 01757 270233. Collection service available from Y08 8LG.
Should we experience any highway or supply delays you will be notified immediately and offered another time slot.
DELIVERY: MON-FRI 8AM-4:30PM
All orders must be placed and reserved before a delivery slot is allocated, we require at least 24hours notice to ensure we include your order on our run.
Whilst we see the vast majority of deliveries completed within the working week, we ask that you allow up to 10 working days during exceptionally busy periods. If your post code is not in our delivery database we offer an arranged delivery which can be payed separately over the phone or upon delivery.
All deliveries adhere to the Government COVID guidelines.
If you have a cutting list we will need to pass this over to our saw mill. They will advise a suitable turn around for completion which will impact your delivery time. Due to busy periods we are very rarely able to do this on the same day!
