About Websters Timber

This site has grown over the past 10 years, starting from an old saw mill back in the day, cutting raw timbers from forest logs to building staircases. The business has taken every opportunity to diversify and grow. We have listened and built solid relationships with our customers, working with Trade and local authorities.

Our team have been encouraged to analyse our offering and have travelled overseas when required to ensure we are able to supply the very best quality stock, building strong networks. We research thoroughly to ensure trips are made few and far between, using the wonders of modern day tech to keep in touch and reduce travel to a minimum – lowering our carbon footprint.

Often resources are cut back and difficult to import, this can be very challenging but we do our upmost to maintain supply. Our focus is to ensure that all products are reliably and sustainably sourced from near and far. We are fully FSC certified, giving you confidence, knowing we have been audited and credited with the appropriate registration within the FSC chain of custody certification.

Going forward we aim to provide the quickest turnaround service, excellent quality materials, ensuring we maintain a level of trustworthiness and confidence within our sector. Where possible we support our local communities and have demonstrated support locally and have helped with vandalism projects and sponsorships for junior football teams. We feel we have strong support within our local area and hope to improve and build on this over the forthcoming years. Understanding supply and demand has been an integral part of our business model and success.
