Try Squares are essential tools for any carpenter or woodworker. Try Squares, also known as Try and Mitre Try Squares, are used to mark off accurate angles and make precise measurements while marking boards before they are cut. Try Squares have a beam with a handle on one end, connected to a stock which has an arm with a straightedge that is at right-angles to the beam in order to draw perpendicular lines and check angles against surfaces. Try squares offer an incredibly accurate way of establishing your work surface and ensure that your cutting is exact, saving time in the long run. With current COVID considerations afoot we endeavour to deliver to you to limit the foot-traffic on site. In circumstances where you wish to collect your order we manage this using a time-slot calendar whereby our team will contact you following completion of your order and advise of available time-slots within which you are able to collect your items from our site.
Should you have any concerns and wish to discuss prior to completing your order we advise calling ahead on 01757 270233. Collection service available from Y08 8LG.
Should we experience any highway or supply delays you will be notified immediately and offered another time slot.
All orders must be placed and reserved before a delivery slot is allocated, we require at least 24hours notice to ensure we include your order on our run.
Whilst we see the vast majority of deliveries completed within the working week, we ask that you allow up to 10 working days during exceptionally busy periods. If your post code is not in our delivery database we offer an arranged delivery which can be payed separately over the phone or upon delivery.
All deliveries adhere to the Government COVID guidelines.
If you have a cutting list we will need to pass this over to our saw mill. They will advise a suitable turn around for completion which will impact your delivery time. Due to busy periods we are very rarely able to do this on the same day!
Auto latch is generally used for 5 bar timber gates, but can also be used for many other styles of timber gates and entrances too.
An auto latch will automatically latch into place once you close your gate. A quick release system is there ready to release the auto-latch for ease of opening and can be operated with one hand.
Our auto latch is available in a galvanised steel finish to help preserve the material and ensure a long life.
